Yes, parking is available at the Centre and overflow parking is available in surrounding streets. During game days, paid parking is applicable.

During game days, parking at the Centre is limited. Patrons are advised there are special event public transport services.

Public transport is a convenient option for reaching the Sam Kerr Football Centre.

Ex Perth or Kalamunda Routes 282 and 283

Ex Cannington Station Routes 202 and 203

  • These two services are circular services which operate clockwise / anti-clockwise from Cannington to Cannington via Stops 13655/13656 on Gibbs Street.
  • Journey time from Cannington is 10-12 minutes
  • Services run on the below schedule; however, we recommend using the Transperth Journey Planner to get up to date timings for these services
  • Every 30 minutes between services on weekdays
  • Every 30 minutes between services on Saturdays
  • Every 60 minutes between services on Sundays and only on the 203

If you are unable to use public transport to attend events, you can alternatively use the Sam Kerr Football Centre’s pick-up/drop-off zone from Car Park 1 (closest to the main building).

The Sam Kerr Football Centre has limited ACROD parking bays available for major events. Eligibility for ACROD parking are managed by applying online and are issued by email. Apply online here.

You can see inside the Sam Kerr Football Centre on a non-event day by booking a venue tour. Bookings are essential and notice is required. To book a tour, please contact us.

Yes, the Sam Kerr Football Centre has water refill stations located on the ground floor available for patrons​.

Yes, the Sam Kerr Football Centre provides First Aid services during event days. There are designated First Aid stations located within the venue to assist patrons with medical needs​. The locations of these stations can be found on our venue map.

The Sam Kerr Football Centre is a cashless venue, meaning it does not support cash transactions. Patrons are encouraged to use cards for all payments​. 

If you experience anti-social behaviour at the Sam Kerr Football Centre, you can seek assistance by advising Football West staff members.

The Sam Kerr Football Centre is mostly an outdoor, open-air facility. An event may be delayed if adverse weather is experienced, however, this decision is determined in collaboration with the club or event promoter. Patrons should follow any current weather warnings and check Football West’s social media platforms for updated details. Patrons should also prepare for wet weather by bringing jackets or ponchos. Umbrellas are not permitted to be used inside the venue as they block the view of other patrons.

 

While there is no specific dress code for most events, patrons are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather and event type. Offensive clothing is not permitted. Certain areas, such as VIP areas, have specific dress requirements which will be sent to ticket holders.
